ME ME ME. I’ve loved trail mix since I was a little kid. In fact, my mom used to make it homemade for my lunchbox in middle school and it was my most favorite part of the meal.
The mix of mini alphabet pretzels, dark chocolate m&m’s, raisins, and peanut was just perfect! Deliciously sweet and salty. Crunchy and chewy. It was everything you could want in a trail mix.
Since then my love of trail mix has only grown! I used it as a staple breakfast on my Europe trip, carry it with me at work for a quick energy boost, and even give it as gifts sometimes when I stumble across an especially great recipe.
