With the start of a new year a lot of people are embracing healthier living and that includes experimenting with new dietary lifestyles. This includes the Whole 30 and the paleo diet. In fact these are at the top of most people’s lists.

Some dairy is allowed (depending on who you ask) and starchy vegetable likes sweet potatoes and plantains are the main carb sources.
