Who doesn’t love carbs right? I know I do! Especially when they are hearty, whole grain, and flavorful!
As a part of my Foods of the Moment series, today I wanted to share with you all some of the carb-y products I have been loving lately!

Ready? Carbo load!
Fruit Juice Sweetened corn flakes by Natures Path! These were such a good find! They are so crunchy (they don’t get soggy right away!) and the slight sweetness is yummaaaay.
Mini Ezekiel wraps! I love how dense these are! And their mini size means you can have too! Yay for sprouted grain goodness!
My friends and I went to this authentic Chinese grocery market the other day! It was so fun…they had so many things that brought me right back to China. I loooove chestnuts and when I saw these dried ones I thought they looked interesting enough to try out. Very crunchy, instead of soft like typical chestnuts, but the sweetness is still there!
These flatbreads are a fave of mine! They have a great herb-y flavor and have such a unique texture! All of the Suzies products I’ve tried have been great….just like these!
More flatbread love! Everything is my favorite bagel flavor and these crackers taste and smell just like them! Poppy seeds, onion, garlic, and all!
Sweet onion flavor to the max! Try these if you ever have a chance…they are so unique….you will be blown away!
Check out these simple ingredients!
Simple whole foods at best (save for that pesky preservative!)
My favorite flour to bake with! It gives baked goods such a light and airy texture and flavor!
Have you had any of these products? What foods are you loving right now?

Knee News: Well remember that run I told you I was going to try today? EPIC FAIL. I felt great for the first mile! I was thinking wow my knee is officially healed, I can’t believe it! Yeah….that was too good to be true. All of the sudden the pain hit me and I ended up having to walk home. Luckily I wasn’t to far from home and walking doesn’t really hurt my knee. I think running hurts it because of all the direct pressure on my knees. SO, I decided to wait another week to try running again. I just don’t want to set myself back further than I already am.
For those of you who are injured, how are you progressing? Any improvements?
Well that’s all for me tonight ladies (and gents perhaps?
)! Ella and I are both pooped!
PS> Keep the q’s coming here….I seriously love answering questions!
