This week has been amazing so far…and we’re only two (or three…depending on when you read this!) days in! Starting the Spring semester at school, having my first Senate meeting back, getting tweeted by AN OFFICE STAR (life maker right there!), and so many other wonderful little things that just make me feel like a new chapter is really beginning for me. I’m excited friends…really excited.
So let’s keep the good times going with this week’s WIAW:
[deconstructed chicken gyros]
[nori wrapped pollock, roasted veggies, sautéed squash with cheese]
[italian stuffed pepper with a potato and sliced pear]
[crispy red snapper with spicy sauce]
[chili-egg scramble and crackers with banana and peanut butter]
Sorry for the lack of meals this week! I guess I got a little to excited about them and forgot to snap pics before digging in. But don’t worry, they’ll be more on the food front later this week with some new products I’ve sampled and want to share with you all. Plus I found some so called health “tips” that have been widely spread and followed but actually are complete myths! Can’t wait to share.
