Thank you to all who submitted your #healthyhelp for the week! I loved reading about how you went out of your way to make someones day!

I’m a fellow Sweat Pink Ambassador and saw your awesome post about lending a healthy hand. I thought you might be interested in knowing about something I started a few weeks ago called The Happsters. We’re all about spreading happiness. I have “official happsters” so far in 8 different countries and have gotten so much support from the blog community about the idea. We give out Happy Notes to people we want to express gratitude to. It can be anyone from your mailman to your waiter to your best friend. You can see them here: http://happsters.com/about/

This is such a cool project and it reminds me a little of the “More Love Letters” campaign I discussed yesterday (as well as my post about Happiness from Tuesday!). Any words of encouragement or support can make a huge, positive impact in someones life.
