Hollie filled me in on a problem with my Twitter account…Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Melissa went out of her way for a customer at work…Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Maryann gave some extra attention to some people in need at a rehab center…Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Clinton offered to babysit…

Kim became involved in her local Girls on the Run program…Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Maryann also helped prepare her son for school…Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30     Vangie helped out with chores…Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30 Miz Fit spread the positive self talk LOVE….Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30 Jen: Brought food to a sick friend.

Meghan B: Picked up some runaway papers for a fellow library goer.

Sarah S: I cleared out my cupboards and donated to the food bank.

Amy: Helped an older lady get some canned tuna off the shelf today. And she smiled Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Gabi: I gave a passerby directions down Main Street this morning.

Lynn: I let my husband snooze this AM and I packed his lunch Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

AND

I helped a lady with her workout at the gym this morning and taught her a few tips Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Rebecca: I loaned a friend the money she needed to buy lunch!

AND

Made a detailed map for my mom to help her find her way to my classes for open house one last year!

Andra: I gave half of my sandwich to a homeless guy.

Jess W: I am working an extra shift for my coworker who needed off..At 4:30am Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

AND

Did loads of laundry and ironing for my mom!

Paige C: Offered to drive the freshman on my team to Target/Walmart since they don’t have cars.

Mary Alicia: I volunteered at a local race and handed out water and encouraged runners along the course!

Natalie: I made a healthy lunch for my boyfriend to bring to work for two days in row! (I hope to do so every day this week!)

Erica: I helped a friend re-write a resume for a job she really wanted!

Molly: I stopped and helped some Freshmen at a local college find their way.

Amanda: This week I am giving some of my new workout gear to my mom because I would rather see her moving than me in it!

Ellyn: Helped someone figure out how to work the treadmill at my gym.

Karen: I made pancakes for Jordan.

Emily: I wrote a couple workouts for one of my coworkers and invited her to join my friends and I when we go hiking every week! She’s never done any real “exercise” her entire life and has no idea where to start so I can’t wait to help her and get her excited about it!

Tori: I treated my in-laws and took them out to dinner tonight.

Lesli: Motivated my mom and dad to run 8 miles with me on Labor Day!

Kaylin: We always hand wash our dishes instead of using a dishwasher, so every day this week before my mom gets home from work, I’ve made the point to make sure to wash all the dirty dishes so she doesn’t have to do more later after dinner. Lend a {Healthy} Hand #30

Kristen S: The healthy help I’ve been doing is helping my mom out extra! She just got surgery, so anything I can do to help her is what I’ve been doing. I do extra laundry and chores and give my sister rides. (:
