Mother’s Day is right around the corner and I am SO ready to celebrate the most important woman in my life! Is it weird that I enjoy Mother’s Day more than Christmas or my mom’s birthday!? You all know I LOVE celebrating and giving my family presents, so there is just something so special about a WHOLE day dedicated to showing how much I appreciate my mom.
She is truly the BEST. Our relationship is stronger than it’s ever been before and we seriously just laugh & smile the whole time ANY TIME we are together. I just love her so much and don’t know what I would do without her. Thank god there are people on earth like my mother. Selfless. Compassionate. Loving. And so darn, fun to be around. She’s truly my best forever friend. No shame in saying that AT ALL.
In honor of all the mom celebrating that will be taking place this weekend, I wanted to share a roundup of delicious dishes you can make for your mom (or mom-like figure in your life!). Food can sometimes be a sticky subject when it comes to family gatherings. Everyone seems to be on some sort of diet or special eating style, so it can be hard to make dishes that you ALL can eat AND enjoy.
