I’m not gluten-free.
Never have been, never will be (hopefully!). I love gluten! In breads, in bagels, in pasta. You name the gluten-free product, I probably like it.
With that said, going through my recipes recently I noticed that most of them are naturally gluten-free! When I initially started baking and cooking I didn’t intentionally plan to make my recipes gluten-free, it just sort of happened because of the ingredients I like to use. But now that I know a lot of my readers are gluten-free by choice or for medical readers, I do keep them in mind when I am in the kitchen.
Whoever said eating a GF diet is hard was wrong! There are so many great, healthy, affordable gluten-free options and ingredients out there. For example, most of my favorite things to bake with are naturally gluten-free like oats, oat flour, coconut flour, nut flours, pumpkin flour, and sweet potato flour. Not to mention things like chickpeas, all fruits and veggies, most spices and herbs, eggs, yogurt, and non-dairy milk!
Today I’ve compiled the most extensive list of my gluten-free snack recipes EVER. It includes every fruity, chocolatey, savory snack I’ve ever made on the blog as well as some other more specific categories like donuts (how could I not?!), granolas, bites & balls, and grain-free treats.
