Ask

There are a few questions here that I’ve answered but you can ask me anything over at my  new FORMSPRING page! Ask away!

1.What are some staples in your diet?

This is a hard one because there are so many foods that I love and eat everyday! But if I had to put a list together of some foods that I for sure eat everyday, this is what would be on it:

  • oats
  • sweet potatoes/yams
  • brocoli
  • spinach
  • milk
  • greek yogurt
  • fruit (my faves include: apples, oranges, grapefruits, and bananas)
  • beans
  • carob powder
  • cereals and granolas!
  • carrots
  • peanut butter
  • pumpkin

This list could literally go on for pages and pages but these are some of the things that I cannot live without!

2.What is your daily routine?

Well, during the week I have school everyday, but depending on the day I either get home at 2:20 or 12:50. The 12:50 days are my favorite because I get to come home for lunch and can make more gourmet meals rather than just a sandwich or salad based lunch. I come home from school, get a snack, and work on homework for a bit. I usually try to fit in a workout either before or right after dinner, so my night is free to relax, blog, watch TV (there are so many shows I follow!) or whatever. My weekends are pretty jam packed with softball practice, SAT prep, hanging out with friends, ski club, and catching up on schoolwork.

Do you like to workout? If so, what do you do?

I absolutely love to workout and am a true fitness junkie! I love the endorphins I get from working out and I pretty much always feel great after getting a workout in. As for what I do for workouts, I love to exercise outside (ie. running, biking, hiking, walking) the best, but when the weather keeps me in I like workouy DVD’s, the treadmill at the gym for running and incline walking, group exercise classes, or videos on exercise tv. I am also a huge fan of hot yoga!
