Big thanks to Target, Pollinate Media, and Hyperbiotics for sponsoring this discussion!
I mentioned on Instagram a couple of weeks back that I’ve been having some tummy troubles. In addition, I’ve been experiencing low energy and sleeping more than I am used to. All stuff that is totally uncharacteristic of me. Overall health, and specifically GUT health is SUPER important to me, so when something feels off with my digestion or energy levels I quickly make changes and do something about it.
I’ve written about natural ways to boost gut health before, but sometimes even the healthiest of ‘good for your gut’ lifestyle’s need a little boost. That’s where Hyperbiotics comes in.
I came across this line of probiotic supplements at my local Target and decided to look into the brand before buying them. The probiotics I was using before didn’t seem to be working as effectively so I thought it was time to try something new. Always good to change things up, ya know?
What a learned is that Hyperbiotics has been named the world’s most affective probiotic supplement for its price. It’s formula is vegetarian, non-GMO, and free of lactose, gluten, and sugar! There’s also no soy, preservatives, or artificial ingredients in ANY of their products.
Did you notice I said productS? Yup, they have different formulations to meet everyone’s specific needs…including a line for kids! I picked up the Pro-Women bottle which reduces bloating, improves digestion & regularity (TMI…but thank you!), AND improves energy. AKA exactly what I was looking for.
So now that I’ve been taking Hyperbiotics for the past two weeks, I am actually noticing a difference. My stomach has settled, digestion is smoother, and my energy seems to me resuming to normal levels. Thank god because I cannot afford to be low energy or unproductive! Too much to do.
In addition, I’ve also been focusing on getting lots of GOOD FOR YOUR GUT foods in my diet. Luckily, I already eat a lot of foods that boost gut health, but it’s always good to bolster your diet even more.
Today I am sharing some of my favorite ‘Good for Your Gut’ Recipes that I’ve been trying recently. All delicious, all filled with gut healthy foods!

So there ya have it, friends! My plan of attack for tackling my gut issues. No need to cut out whole food groups or follow some crazy diet trend. I prefer ADDING things into my lifestyle and diet instead of taking away. I find that works best for me and if you try that method before restricting yourself, you may find that it works for you too!
