Mother’s Day and brunch go together like peanut butter and jelly. Or should I say champagne and orange juice? 😉 (Hello Mimosas!)

Vegan, gluten-free, desserts, and savory sensations…this roundup has it all! Brunch is the best isn’t it? Right in between breakfast and lunch so you get an excuse to eat a whole extra meal during the day. Or at least that’s how I look at it. 😉 I’m not one of those people that combines the two.
