Ever since sharing my Blueberry Ginger Granola recipe last week, I’ve had blueberries on the brain!
I just keep thinking up tons and tons of new recipes to make with them! Pies, jams, tarts, pancakes…the possibilities are endless and they just taste so good in everything!
It is blueberry season after all and soon I’ll be heading out to the country with my mom for our annual blueberry picking trip. We usually only go once since we go a little overboard on picking! Once you start you just can’t stop. Last year we got about 15 pounds and ended up having a freezer full of them well into winter. If you like fresh blueberries, wait till you’ve had them frozen from fresh. They’re like candy! Sort of reminds me of what happens when you freeze grapes. A sweet healthy treat for summer for sure!
Since I’ll be going picking soon, I thought it would be fun to gather up some Beautiful Blueberry Recipes to give me some inspiration for what to make with my haul.
