But seriously, who doesn’t love nuts? Obviously those with nut allergies have an excuse, but other than that, I can’t think of anything NOT to love about them. Let’s think about it…nuts are:

I don’t discriminate when it comes to nuts. I like them all! In fact, much like seafood, I’ve never tried a variety that I don’t like. But of course, I do have some favorites. Cashews being right near the top of that list!
Smooth, buttery, creamy, and so naturally sweet. Just like avocado, cashews are like ‘nature’s butter’! They just taste so rich and have such a unique taste to them. Raw, roasted, toasted, or ground into nut butter…I like them all sorts of ways!

Dill | garlicky, tangy, and full of fresh dill flavor! (MY FAVORITE!!!!)
Jalapeno | zesty and bold with some hear from the jalapeno!
Sriracha | spicy red chili flavor with a little garlic and a hint of vinegar!
Salt and Pepper | classic salty and spicy pairing!

I’ve been grabbing a handful anytime a salty, savory craving strikes! They are so bold and full of flavor that you only need a few to satisfy yourself.
