½ tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice/apple pie spice)
½ cup liquid egg whites
¼ cup almond or cashew milk
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together. Preheat your waffle maker and spray it generously with cooking spray. Pour a third of the batter into the heated waffle iron and close. Cook until the edges of the waffle maker begin to lift. Repeat with remaining two thirds of the batter.
