Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp whey protein powder of choice
  • 2 tbsp tigernut flour (or coconut flour)
  • ½ tsp pysillium husk powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice/apple pie spice)
  • ½ cup liquid egg whites
  • ¼ cup almond or cashew milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Preheat your waffle maker and spray it generously with cooking spray. Pour a third of the batter into the heated waffle iron and close. Cook until the edges of the waffle maker begin to lift. Repeat with remaining two thirds of the batter.
