Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Muffins

  • 2 scoops chocolate peanut butter whey protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup liquid egg whites
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place aluminum muffins liners in a muffin tray and set aside. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until just combined. Distribute muffin mixture evenly amongst the 6 muffin tins. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack before eating.
