2 scoops chocolate peanut butter whey protein powder
½ cup peanut flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ cup non-dairy milk
½ cup liquid egg whites
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Place aluminum muffins liners in a muffin tray and set aside. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until just combined. Distribute muffin mixture evenly amongst the 6 muffin tins. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack before eating.
