  • 6 cups low sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 1 10oz bag of frozen Cascadian Farm Mirepoix Vegetable Blend
  • 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Original No Salt Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot. Turn on Instant Pot, place lid on top, and press Manua. Set timer to 25 minutes. Let the Instant Pot cool down on its own. Serve the soup hot!
