Chocolate Mint Protein Bread
  • ¼ cup (21 grams) quinoa flakes, can be substituted with oats or another flaked cereal
  • 21 g (1 serving) protein powder (I used a sunwarrior)
  • 100 grams of dates, soaked
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ tsp dried mint
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup liquid egg whites
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in blender. Blend until smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture into a an evenly distributed rectangle. Bake for 18 minutes. Cut into six squares and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
