Cocoa Almond Cookies

  1. In a bowl, mix together, cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, and baking soda. Add in non-dairy milk to form dough.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with parchment
  3. Divide dough into 6 equal balls and transfer to the baking tray. Press down to flatten them into cookies. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven, but keep the cookies on the pan until the cookies are cooled. If you try to remove the cookies immediately, they'll break apart.
