Hawaiian Tuna Tacos

  • 1 8oz can of crushed pineapple
  • ⅓ cup brown rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 7oz can diced green chilies
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoons sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 packages Blue Harbor Wild Albacore Tuna
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 package of flour or corn tortillas
  1. Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over high. Add tuna , onion, pineapple, chilies, rice vinegar, and coconut sugar to the skillet; cook until everything is heated through and the onions are translucent. Turn off the heat and stir in the cilantro and sesame seeds.
  2. Fill tortillas with desired amount of tuna taco mixture and enjoy!
