It’s been a while since I’ve had a primarily ‘fitness‘ centric post on the blog. I am happy to remedy that today! I am a personal trainer after all so I love learning about fitness, coming up with new workouts, and taking part in it myself. Since I’ve been able to get back to a healthy, maintainable workout routine, I’ve had fun experimenting with new forms of exercise, helping others find what works for them, and creating fun routines for you all to try.
Today I wanted to share the experience I recently had with Fashletics and a killer workout that;s perfect for summer!

Now onto that circuit workout I have for you! This is perfect for summer and can even be taken outside if you have a set of dumbbells. It works your whole body and has the right mix of cardio and strength exercises to keep your heart rate up. I love lifting weights, but I also love to SWEAT. This circuit will increase strength and give you some heart healthy cardio. Perform each exercise for 1 minute before moving to the next!
