In a jar or container, combine the oats, chia seeds, and spices and mix.
Add in the almond milk and stevia. Stir or put the lid on the container and shake until well combined.
Let sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, remove from fridge and give a little mix. If they’re too thick, mix in a little more almond milk until they reach a consistency you feel is perfect.
Top with fruit, granola, seeds, or whatever your heart desires and enjoy!
