  1. Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (use your hands to make sure everything is evenly distributed). Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties. Squeeze out excess liquid as you form the patties with your hands. Place the patties on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or dish. Bake for 25 minutes, flip bake for 10 more minutes.
