Tell us a little bit about your blog and why you started:
I started blogging in 2004 as a way to keep in touch with family and friends after moving from MD to Florida. There I shared stories of Florida living, our home-school adventures (we home schooled our two girls) and lot of different product reviews as they came about.
As my girls got into high school I started to blog more about healthy living. Both of my girls were dealing with gluten intolerance’s and I was learning more and more about plant-based living.
About a year ago I became a certified health coach and decided to re-brand and focus more on health living.
My passion is to share healthy recipes and helpful information about living a healthier lifestyle so that people can find their happiness in their own version of healthy.
What’s a fun fact about yourself or your blog that the other members in the group may not know yet?
People may not know that I am a very messy cook. It has gotten a lot better of the years, but I can still make a mean mess as I make a delicious recipe.
