Naturally sweetened peanut butter banana bites are that are soft, chewy, and delicious! You can make a whole batch in just 30 minutes, and this vegan, gluten-free snack is sure to satisfy your hunger.
Hi everyone! Excited to be guest posting on Healthy Helper today! My name is Elaine Lin and I’m a sophomore at MIT majoring in computer science. In my spare time, I blog at FoodParsed and share recipes that you can actually make. 🙂 I’m excited to be sharing one of those recipes with you today!
There’s nothing better than freshly baked banana bread, correct? Unfortunately, so many recipes include a whole cup of sugar! Since bananas are already so sweet and yummy, you can use them to make naturally sweetened baked goods.
Similarly to these banana oat bars, these peanut butter banana bites rely only on banana for sweetness. A touch of molasses (the main flavoring in brown sugar) adds a special rich, dark flavor.
Starting from the basic peanut butter banana base, you can add in whatever mix-ins you like. Toss in chocolate chips for the class chocolate + peanut butter + banana combo, coconut for a tropical twist, or peanuts for extra crunch.
If you love peanut butter and bananas, you ‘ll love these peanut butter banana bites. You get 12 perfectly sized treats to satisfy your hunger or your sweet tooth.

Thanks Helen!
Love this! Simple, easy, few ingredients-that I already have on hand! And they look delish! I love that you can add different items each time to change up the flavor! I was at an event last night and they had home-made banana bread, it looked so good, but full of gluten! This will fix that craving.
