Grate a half a cup of carrots. Squeeze out excess liquid using paper towels. Place carrot, apple butter, vanilla, and mulberries in a food processor and process until smooth. Add oats, coconut flour, and spices. Blend until evenly combined. Remove mixture from food processor and divide into 6 equal bites by rolling the dough in your hands.
