- ½ cup oats, ground into flour (40 grams oats)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained (65 grams)
- ¼ drained crushed pineapple (60 grams)
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until uniform.
- Form in to 6 bite-sized balls and store in the freezer or fridge.
