Hey everyone! I immensely enjoyed everyones eats from WIAW this week…got a ton of great ideas from ya’ll. I have some fabulous eats of my own to share with you all but that will have to wait till later this week! But for now I have a sweet review to share with you all and some tricks I’ve been using to relax amidst all the stressful stuff I’m involved in right now.
First up…a review of Sun Rype products!
Sun Rype sent me a SLEW of fruity treats to try out! Being the fruit lover that I am I was pretty excited to dig in! They offer an extensive line of 100% fruit snacks…all of which are packed with nutrition and all natural. Here’s what I was sent to sample:
These reminded me of the fruit leather I used to get in school as a kid! Perfectly sweet and chewy! I loved how some of them had the addition of veggies in them too! Extra nutrients…and ya can’t even taste them because of the great fruit flavor! The Berry one was my favorite!
This was a fun one too! I felt like such a little kid eating these things! Ha! Sometimes “fun” food just tastes better. The strawberry flavor was spot on and tasted very REAL. Not artificial or overly sweet at all.
Fruit Source Bar and Bites
These bars and bites were just like the fruit strips but with bigger and with more unique flavors! Hello BLUEBERRY POMEGRANATE! I loved chopping these up and putting them on yogurt with nuts! You get a great mix of chew and crunch.
Fruit and Grain Bar
These bars were my favorite out of the whole bunch! They had the most substance to them and were definitely the most satisfying due to the addition of nuts, grains, seeds, and flax! Such a great texture was created as well!

Life can be STRESSFUL. And lately it has been especially so. But instead of dwelling on it…its a perfect opportunity to figure out what works for you to manage your anxiety and decompress after a hard day. Its definitely something I consistently have to practice, but lately I’ve been able to find a few things that help me relax and quiet my mind for at least a little while. Here are some of the activities that work for me…

[I recently got into Drop Dead Diva on instant streaming! I always go for the shows that have a few seasons available at a time incase I end up really liking it!]
[having an excess of rotten bananas isn’t so bad when delicious banana bread is the result!]

Is there a certain sound or song that relaxes you?
I LOVE the sound of rain or water…I play it on my sound machine every night while I sleep.
