Savory Banana Flour Breakfast Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups NuNaturals Green banana flour
  • ¾ cup pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 chili powder
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel Seasoning, for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well.
  3. Spoon mixture into a well greased/sprayed loaf pan.
  4. Place into the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife comes out cleanly from the center of the bread.
  5. Serve warm.
