  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide batter into 8 equal circles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Add toppings if desired.
  4. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes.
  5. Remove and let cool.
