Oops! Well, my goal of taking part in Jenny’s 25 Days of Christmas blogging challenge have already gotten off to a shaky start seeing as I already missed day one! But better late than never, right?
So here are my responses to Day 1 and 2!
Favorite Christmas Movie:
I feel like I’ve seen every Christmas movie imaginable! From the classics to the corny ones…and I don’t mind re-watching them again and again each year. I would have to say one of my favorites is The Family Man.
Not to well known or even widely thought of when considering Christmas movies…but it’s one of the best!
I have to admit though…I am NOT an Elf fan!
I probably just offended millions of people (haha…right…like millions of people read my blog!), but I just never was able to get into it (or finish it for that matter!). I love me some Will Ferrel but this one was just a little to annoying for me!
2012 Christmas Wish List:
Surprisingly this is a hard one. I find that the older I get the harder it is for me to think of things I want…let alone need. Aside from wanting intangible things like, health and happiness for my family and friends, I feel like everything else (meaning gifts) is just extra. I LOVE the holiday season…just the atmosphere it creates and the comforting feelings it gives me. And watching other people open up presents that you’ve specially picked out for them is so rewarding. But in the spirit of the challenge, I’ll list a few things that are definitely on my fantasy christmas list…more like my “dream on” list! LOL
-an all expense paid backpacking trip to Europe
-a mint green Fiat
-my very own horse
-another yorkie (to keep Ella company!)
-a ticket to Ellen’s 12 Days of Giveaways
-a family vacation to Hawaii
-my own show on TV (talk show, cooking show…whatever!!)
-enough money to repay my parents for everything they’ve done for me over the years (physically and monetarily)
That was fun! Excited for the next 23 days 🙂
Tomorrow I’ll be back with some interesting insight on Anger and how it’s not only a healthy emotion but how it can be helpful if channeled properly!
