Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bars

  • ½ cup rolled oats (about 44 grams)
  • ½ cup chocolate whey protein (about 48 grams)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 35 grams (1.25 oz or one package) of freeze-dried raspberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder + 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grind oats and raspberries in a food processor. Mix oats with protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in almond milk. Pour into a parchment paper lined 9×9 baking pan and drizzle mixture with chocolate sauce. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and cut into 9 bars.
