Raw nuts and seeds of choice (I used sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds)
Raw buckwheat groats
Chopped dark chocolate
Mix together yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Evenly spread yogurt mixture on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle desired toppings in desired amounts onto yogurt base. Place bark in to the freezer for 3-4 hours until set and hard. Using a sharp knife, break apart the bark and serve chilled in pieces. Store in the freezer.
