Blend chickpeas, pumpkin puree, and applesauce in a food processor until smooth. Stir chickpea mixture with pumpkin flour and pumpkin pie spice until a dough forms (add a tbsp at a time more of flour if the mixture is too wet). Divide dough into 10 balls and place on parchment paper on top of plate. Place plate in the freezer and freeze for at least an hour before eating. Store in the freezer or fridge.
