What a week! And it’s only HALF WAY DONE. Hard to believe given all the ups and downs I’ve had! Nothing too serious so not to worry…just a lot on my plate right now work and school wise! What’s new, though?

I actually didn’t even plan on doing a WIAW post this week, but seeing as I am lacking a lot of time to write for the blog lately, I needed something quick and fun to put together! WIAW posts are always perfect for that because the FOOD does the talking for ya!
You know I LOVE gem and origami wraps from New Gem Foods. I have pretty much tried all their flavors, including their new varieties, over the years and they are definitely a staple in my house! I love them for making spring rolls, stuffing with all sort of fillings, and even making sushi. They’re so different and so flavorful!
