This is the one day this week I actually DON’T have a final! So it’s a nice little break midweek. Today I wanted to share a workout with you all since it’s been a while since we’ve talked about anything fitness-y around here. Now that I am able to do more in the gym (more on that soon when I do an injury update!), I have been having some fun coming up with workouts to share with you all again.
This circuit workout is a quick 30 minute strength workout that will get your heart rate up and work the total body efficiently. You don’t have to be at the gym for a long time to get a good sweat in. You get what you put into it and workout doesn’t mean endless hours of cardio or lifting. However, if you’re like this person, it might take you awhile to really get that heart pumping…
For the lolz of course. Okay, now on to that workout!
Let me know if you try it out!
On to some other fun things…I’ve been getting quite a lot of surprise packages lately! Tis the season, I suppose. But it sure makes going to get the mail each day a lot more fun.
Remember that recipe contest that my Oatmeal Crust Pizza won earlier this year? Well the nice people who sponsored the contest at Quaker and National Diary Council sent me this sweet oats and dairy package! The Quaker products are totally new to me and I LOVE the tupperware. It has a cool fork, spoon, and knife gadget that goes with it. Also, see that little milk jug? It’s actually a flash drive! HA!
Also, a reader surprised me with the cutest Christmas present!
My very own yogi ornament! Can’t wait to put it on the tree. Thanks again, Rochelle!
And since it is WIAW of course, we can’t forget about the food….

Never too late to start Lending a {Healthy} Hand for this week’s round-up! Tell me what you’ve done to help someone else lately!
I would definitely be interested in a recipe post for your overnight oats – they always look amazing!
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anything really strange at the gym…possibly because I’m the weirdest person there to start with 😛
I’ll write it up for next week! 🙂
I adore how voluminous your food is and that you have time to prepare it fresh. I often have mine from boring old Tupperware; not nearly as flattering as yours!
Haha thanks Linda!
All your meals look so good from this past week! I pinned your workout… trying to do more strength (while still running the same) so it’s great to have quickie ones that are pretty easy to do at home!
Thanks Cassie!
I’m definitely interested in an overnight oats how-to. I’ve never made them and I’m always looking for quick and easy breakfast ideas.
I splurged on an Erin Condren planner and it should be there when I get home….I’m excited!!!!
Oooh i loooove those planners! Need to get one eventually.
your overnight oats look fab! Id love to know how you prepare them! 🙂
Ill write it up for next week!
